The Trinity and the Deity of Jesus Christ are some of the most misunderstood doctrines in the all the world. People from monotheistic religions sometimes call Christians polytheistic, because they say we have more then one God. That is not true of course! Christians worship ONE GOD, but He is a Triune God. He is One God in three persons. Let me give you a couple of illustrations to help you understand the Trinity a little better. Let’s take a look at an egg for example. The normal egg has three parts: the shell, the white and the yellow yolk. So, One Egg has Three Parts. It doesn’t matter how far apart the three parts of the egg are removed from each other, they still would only be One Egg. I could put the Shell, the White and the Yellow Yolk miles away from each other and they would still ONLY equal One Egg. The second example is this self-explanatory picture:
